By accessing or using Crostry ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Crostry is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides business management tools including customer relationship management (CRM), inquiry management, email marketing, and related services.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Provide accurate billing information

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by law.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for paid plans. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically enrolled in the paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Send unsolicited communications (spam)
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Crostry and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
  • You may request export of your data within 30 days
  • We may delete your data after 30 days

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CROSTRY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
